1. Product Packaging Requirements

Product Assembly: Single product packed single ,Complete set of products Cannot be separated nor assembled

Packaging Security: Plastic bags to protect sharp goods, fragile goods, goods with batteries, high value goods, small goods，etc.

Packaging Tightness and strength：Powder, liquid, fluid, plush goods, fragile goods, etc.

Attaching Label: Heavy object labels, safety warning labels, mixed shipping labels, etc.

Marketing Materials:Unauthorized marketing material cannot be included in packaging, such as brochures, price tags or other marketing materials

Validity Period: Food, batteries, items requiring temperature control, etc.

Others: Including but not limited to other information that customers must know or industry needs must indicate, etc.

2. Shipment Packaging Requirements

Specifications:Multiple pieces in one box, and 63.5CM<the length of one side of the carton<the length of the pallet

No packing straps, elastic straps allowed

No tape mix packing belt

No Large staples or nylon fiber tape

3. Label

Product Label

    A label starting with X00. it must cover the original bar code of the product. The bar code must be affixed on the outer packaging of each product, and it must be clear and scan able.

Shipping Label

    Shipment label (the label posted on the outer box, marked with a shipment ID: XXXXXX, a shipment number may have multiple boxes, which will be reflected in U001, U002 of the shipment number.

Pallet Label

    Pallet labels (the following pallet labels must be posted on all four sides of a pallet, there are 4 pallet labels in total, similar to the above shipment labels)
